The signature on the watermark is S Cilotti who is presumed to be the artist. The original is shown to be from the papermakers CARTIERE P MILIANI FABRIANO. We are informed that the subject is Benito Mussolini (1883 – 1945)who was leader of the Italian Fascist Party and then head of the Italian Government (1922 – 1943)
