William McCann in WW1 army uniform. Presumably this is the W H McCann whose name was shown on the Memorial to Serving Men on the side of the Post Office in 1920. (See in the High Street North gallery & also the People gallery 16PE020_03). William lived in Station Road and is believed to have been the first council house tenant in Overton.
