The pool is very precious to everyone in the village, you can talk to any Overtonion, and they will tell you their Fathers, Uncles and other family members worked hard in the late 1950’s, they dug out the foundations and raised an enormous amount of money to have this wonderful facility on our doorstep, it has been part of our village DNA for over 50 years.
